A: While our Sensitive Skin Body Wash is not specifically formulated to treat body acne, the formulation features oat extract to soothe inflammation, as well as urea to smooth texture and help to prevent build up of dead skin cells, which can contribute to skin congestion. If you’re looking for a targeted product to use alongside this, we would recommend our Smoothing Body Serum, which features succinic acid, blue tansy and zinc, to gently exfoliate and soothe the skin, while also helping the skin to balance itself.

This body wash is amazing. The best I've tried so far. Sensitive-skin friendly, doesn't cause any redness or irritation, lathers so well, fragrance-free, a creamy moisturizing consistency, vegan, cruelty free—it literally checks all of my boxes. However, the packaging and the pump design are horrendous. The product leaked through shipping because of the poor bottle design, and the pump positioning is so awkward. I struggled everytime I would want to pump the product out onto my loofah. It would cause the product to leak on the bottle causing mold to develop over time. The product also developed a bad smell after a while, not sure why. These things are dealbreakers for me. I don't think I'm gonna repurchase until they change the packaging all-together. It's a bummer because I loved the body wash itself, and putting it into any other plastic container is too much of a hassle for me.

I like unscented body wash and this one delievers. It has the usual oatmeal/soap/glue smell of unscented body wash, but it is still very low on any scent. It foams and lathers very well and doesn't leave a filmy finish on your skin.

i'm still fairly new into actually attempting to take care of my skin so i'm sure there's better products out there. what i like about this specific one is that it's for the most part odorless. i use a separate body scrub or butter for scents. i have sensitive skin, and so far my skin has been happiest with this.

The designed is seriously flawed. The pump is flush with the bottle so you have to tip the bottle the right way to add to loofah. Which is a huge issue because the bottle clogs so it either squirts across the shower or down the bottle. I found it on the curtain and the shower. It moisturizes ok but it has zero scent. Not that scents make you cleaner but it's a hard habit to break.

I just opened the bottle to pour some out into a travel container and found mold INSIDE, on the pump. I have no idea how this happened and now I’m wondering how long I’ve been using moldy body wash… There must be some design flaw that allows outside contaminants to get inside of the bottle somehow. So gross.

love this product so much, it hydrates and cleans with a gentle formula BUT the packaging/bottle is sooo bad. I've had this replaced twice because it broke open or leaked during shipping and pickup. If there's one thing byoma needs to change is to put this in a squeeze bottle please!!

I love this body wash, it’s not irritating esp with its irritating ingredients and smells perfect. However just like all their soaps they seriously need to fix this packaging. It sucks when I’m traveling and I have to waste mad product in order to lock it so it won’t spill in my bag. Thats my only complaint in other words amazing product, terrible packaging.

The biggest issue I have with this is the packaging. The Byoma products are super cute, but the body wash bottles are a breeding ground for mold. I’ve cleaned it multiple times but the mold/mildew comes back so fast. The body wash itself is fine… but in the way that it’s not anything special. I appreciate that it’s not really scented because I find that a lot of products that are marketed for sensitive skin actually have fragrances.

This is a very gentle product for sensitive skin and did not break me out, however it does clog pores. I don’t have body acne but I would have bumps on my back when I would use this. I really wanted to love this product.

I really bought it because it says sensitive skin and I read the ingredients and did not see fragrance listed, but something in this body wash gave me an allergic reaction in my whole body, I don't know what caused it tbh and I really wanted to like it. so just be careful if you have really sensitive skin. Other than that it cleans pretty good but I'm not gonna use it anymore.

This is such a good body wash! Love that it’s fragrance free with great skin supporting ingredients. It lathers nicely and makes my skin feel clean, moisturized, and soft.
