The flavor is so horrible it fuels my nightmares more than my workouts. If I had to choose between continuing to use the Orange Creamcicle flavor and spending 30 minutes in a durian-scented steam room every day, I'd choose the steam room 11 times out of 10. I thought it may have been just the first time or two getting used to the flavor, but a week and a half later it still makes me gag and I have thrown out the rest of the container. This experience was so bad that I don't even want to try any of the other flavors, and I'll be trying a different brand instead. If I could give negative stars, I would. -10/10 : Would not recommend even to my worst enemies

I have tried just about every flavor of the ultimate, ultimate shred and ultimate strength. I prefer drinking things room temp in general, but usually notice a significant flavour difference if I have C4 with cold water or iced. Some of the flavours even taste better iced! But this creamsicle is absolutely awful. Pure chemical taste. Like if you let a creamsicle in its plastic wrapper melt in the sun and sit out for a while, then tried to drink the liquid from the plastic. Tried with iced water, cold water and room temp. Every time I have tried it so far I have had to choke it down and just tell myself "you're taking it for the contents not the taste!" Lol Absolutely hope they scrap this. Just tastes like acrid chemicals. As stated, have LOVED and often highly recommend all other C4 Ultimate and C4 Dynasty flavors when they have them in stock! Love C4 overall as a brand.

A month ago I was searching for my first pre work out ever, I was looking for one that fits for me and my goals to lose weight and toned up and getting stronger. I looked online and I found c4 shred...at first my coach told to use half of the scoop at first and it felt amazing 4 hours to 5 hours of energy and I worked out that length of time...I know I work out as professional player, but I have my goals and I need to make it happen since I have a due date for it. I am happy that I found c4 and don't have any tingling and side effects. It would be nice to have more flavors and maybe the double of amount of pre work out in the container like 60 scoops. Thank you c4 and I am glad that I will keep it up with my goals and have a healthy sexy toned body.

C4 is already my daily go-to when it comes to pre-workout, but in the summer when I am trying to shred and sculpt, C4 Ultimate Shred Pre-Workout Powder is the best. It kicks me into high gear and fuels me through my workouts to help obtain my summer physique! The pumps are great and I love how it tastes!
