We buy this wine for when one of us just wants a glass or 2 of wine, but not a whole bottle. It has a nice taste and is the best wine out of all the boxed wines I have tried. I have tried to try other ones but I always come back to this one. It lasts about a week to 1.5 weeks after its open. But if it is open for too long or gets a little old it does taste bad and vinegary.

This wine is truly terrible. The mineral/iron taste is the main flavor despite mentioning flavors of black cherry and vanilla. I love red wine and I’m not picky at all, but this was laughably awful.

It has the flavor of spoiled wine. I’ve bought this before and had no problem, but I guess there is a lot of variation between batches.

Delicious Wine. Goes great with the charcuterie board or by itself. This wine is absolutely fabulous anytime a day I keep it in the fridge because I live in Florida and it's just perfect everyday

If you like wine with wood flavors, this is fine. If you don’t, you’ll likely not like it.
Decent for the price!

Not fancy, but a decent cab for a really good price. Even better is that it lasts if you aren’t planning to have more than one glass, verses a bottle. This is our go-to for a weekend un-wine’d!

My husband and I drink wine nightly, so this is a very affordable option that’s delicious and never gives us a headache. Stores seem to have trouble keeping it in stock though. I am not sure why people are complaining about the design of the box. Sometimes I have to adjust the spout when opening, but it’s not hard to turn and twist it a tiny bit.
Good boxed wine!

I really like this wine. As one reviewer said it is not too dry, unlike some cabs that can give me a headache. I didn’t get any bitterness at all, so not sure what happened with the other reviewers who mentioned that. I am a regular wine drinker who doesn’t want to overspend on wine and I would definitely buy this again! Really good for the price.

I quit buying wine a few years ago when I started living alone because I could never finish a bottle before it would start to go bad. Someone recommended this wine cube and I was skeptical at first, but now this is the only wine that I buy. Not only does it really stay fresh for a month, but it is also just the right amount of sweet and dry for me. It never gives me a headache and is a really great option for a California Cab.

The wine itself is good value for the price at Target if you like Cab Sauv. The packaging needs help. I break open the box, rearrange the plastic “bota” so the spigot aligns with the box and then tape it all up so I can use the “handle” to safely point & pour. So far 2 out of 2 boxes have been defective in this way. I’m mostly buying this at Target as a one-stop pick up. Otherwise Trader Joe’s or Costco’s Cab Sauvs are less expensive & the packaging is better.

Awesome target brand of wine that's just as good as black box or Bota box. Their was another review talking about the box being hard to open but I don't know what they're talking about, it opens like any other box of wine.

Was skeptical of buying because of the amount of wine that could be wasted but I was pleasantly surprised. Was wanting a dry Cab Sauv and thats what i got.

I almost didn't buy because of the bad review... I'm glad I did. It's definitely way better than you'd expect for the price. I'll buy again.

I love me some good red wine. Cabernet in particular. Have tried wine in a box many times so I am not a wine snob. Bought a cabernet wine cube box on a trip. Can barely drink it. Really really poor and bitter.

I was impressed with this wine the one time Target in my town had it in stock. So, availability not good. Also, I had to coerce the spout to come out of the box opening. Maybe that has something to do with the cube box design?
Wine is good - the cube is not

I like the wine and I like the idea of a sealed cube during the week when only drinking a glass or two at a time. But when they re-sized the box a few months ago, it made it impossible to open and setup properly. While I applaud Target for reducing the packaging, this just isn't working.
