Was a normal capsule and easy to take, not too large which is really appreciated because sometimes calcium is a huge capsule. Really appreciate that it had d incorporated to make the calcium easier to absorb.

I like the fact that they added Bioprene, and not too much of it, to enhance the bioavailability. I’ve taken it on a full and empty stomach and have not had any gastrointestinal issues.

It is right size and not hard to take (I usually don’t like to take big capsule vitamin/medicine). Also, it is not taste so easy to take. I have liver issue, so I try to take this supplement daily and I will update the result after few months later.

They are capsules and are very easy to take and have no weird after taste. The bottle comes with 90 capsules so I think it’s definitely worth the price because it’ll last you a while . Has a lot of benefits from liver detox, hormonal balance and other keys benefits . Do not get confused though these are not the same are your regular calcium .
