If I could give this couch zero stars, I would. From day one, the recliner component has been broken. Every time I try to close it, the metal hits metal and it won't close until I get on my hands and knees and realign it myself.

Looks amazing. It's pretty comfortable, but it is not as soft as it looks in the images on the website. I had a small issue where a clip came loose inside the mechanisms and one of the recliner seats wouldn't recline, but it was as easy as reattaching a plastic clip to fix it.
