For an inexpensive costume, it does the job.
I didn’t realize that there was glitter on this costume (from the look of the pictures online) and that glitter is everywhere, just from trying it in once!
The ‘torch’ is just a flat cutout of foam made to represent a torch. And the headpiece is a thin lightweight foam as well, ours came quite bent and folded which was a bummer.
The fabric is thin and stretchy, and the fit is loose and flowing... if you’re in between sizes, no need to size up, as it’s very forgiving in width. (We sized up... and it turned out we didn’t need to because of the roomy cut.) This is floor length, so if you’re short (like my daughter) it may need to be hemmed (or safety pinned) so as not to trip over it.
All in all, it is a cute costume for under 20 bucks... just don’t expect it to be of substantial quality!
