Bolts that attach headboard to frame are too long! They go through the back of the board! When frame is adjusted for full, the holes do not line up to board, 1" off. When adjusted for queen the bolts will only fit in without washers! I do not under stand the frame has long slots for the mounting bolts, why does the headboard not have holes that are easily within those slots...

We greatly appreciate your feedback and apologize for the trouble in assemble. We recommend that you reinstall the bed, according to our instructions. when you asseemble this bed, you should bear this in mind: please don't overtighten screws, tighten only until all screws into drills.
