This was my favorite frozen pizza. It disappeared from our freezer isle and a few weeks ago I see it again! Bought two boxes because I was so excited to have it back! But man what a disappointment. It's the quality level of a lunchable. Barely any cheese and sauce and the crust is so much thinner. It's like they stripped this pizza of everything. Truly sad.

The meats, cheese, herbs and spices go together perfectly. I haven't seen this frozen pizza recipe before so it was new, unique and extremely enjoyable for me. It wasn't too spicy, had lots of flavor and had a hint of sweetness that I especially enjoyed. It cooks up moist and fresh tasting and has a crisp buttery thin crisp. It's so good! Combined with the cheeses and sauce, this is by far my favorite among CPK's frozen product line. I like that it has no artificial flavors and preservative-free crust. My partner is picky about the frozen pizza he consumes and really enjoyed this as well. It has clear cooking instructions and is quick and easy to prepare at home. There were ample toppings that covered the entire pizza and when they mention "spicy marinara" on the box, you can absolutely believe that because my lips were tingling for an hour after eating this pizza. I do like a crispy crust, but this crust bakes up a little more with a doughy bend than really crispy, which is why I'm not giving this product five stars. Sadly I burnt this pizza using their recommended time, it was beyond crispy... it was borderline burnt and cracker texture, which is NOT what I want in a pizza. I've never overcooked a pizza in my life following the directions and I know my oven is on point for temperature, and I used a timer. Luckily it was the meat one and my pup loved the crispy meat toppings I scraped off for her over a few days. What happened to the amazing pizza I used to purchase?!? I received this pizza for free to review with MY honest options. #ad #freesample And I'll spare you a burnt pizza pic, partly as I was so angry I didn't take one, so here's the box that I did remember to snap a pic of.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am rating this pizza a 3, because I did not care for the toppings. The crust, cheese, and tomato sauce were quite good and tasty. The pizza was loaded with toppings, which would be good for anyone who likes these particular meat toppings - Italian sausage, spicy ham, and Genoa salami. It is not a variety that I would ordinarily buy, but I am glad that I had the opportunity to try it. I would offer a word of caution to anyone who is using a convection oven, as I was. The actual bake time is much shorter than the time specified in the directions, probably about 50% less. So be sure to monitor the pizza closely in order to avoid overcooking. Although I was very careful, my pizza was still overcooked, as you can see from the pictures, although it was still tasty. I received this product for free for the purpose of my review.
