These pans are fantastic, they are solid, well made, and heat very evenly. They are better than non-stick if you understand how to heat them gradually before adding fat. Very happy with this purchase.

Horrible! Everything sticks, even greasy sausage! They do look amazing and are really heavy and durable, but again everything sticks. Not sure how to keep them from sticking.

I bought this less than a week ago, used them one time, cleaned them one time in the dishwasher as they say it should be done and they are scrap.

I did so much research on multiclad stainless steel cookware. I really fell in love (so to speak) with this set. I just purchased two days ago. I seasoned each pan and pot as instructed by a number of videos online. I tried to just heat up a tortilla on one pan and it stuck to the pan. With much effort I was able to clean it off. Today I tried to make silver dollar pan cakes. A total mess of batter stuck to the pan and another BUNCH of effort to clean it off. Not sure what I'm doing wrong. I have a brand new Samsung Induction stove. I set the heat to 6 to preheat, poured in a little oil and spread it over the pan, turned the temp down to 3 and everything still stuck to the pan. I REALLY WANT to love and keep these pans but I can't go through this every time. What can I do differently?

I lost everything in a house fire so.i chose Calphalon as a high end quality product to replace my 40 year old severely lacking aluminum pots and pans. I’m thrilled to use these every day.

We upgraded to the stainless mainly because I was sick of teflon. However, getting used to cooking in them has been very disappointing. I am still learning. Eggs scorch and stick to the pans and pretty much everything else too. I have tried butter and various oils and sprays. Same thing every time. Even at various temperatures. I wish I knew how to cook in these pans. Ugh, frustrating.

After a little adjustment in how I cook, by letting the pan pre-heat properly, I really like these pans. They cook and brown beautifully.

I received the 13 piece set for a Christmas gift. Beautiful finish out of the box but… after one use the stains and discoloration began. Even the smallest amount of oil does not wash off. We also ran them through the dishwasher before the first use. The lids hold water in the rims . Drain completely before storing. Major water stains. Very disappointed!

I did have to contact for a replacement after two weeks use of the 12 inch pan because somehow it warped or came in warped and was not heating evenly. But their customer service was incredible

Love that I don’t have to worry about non-stick surfaces flaking off. The pots themselves are rather heavy, but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

I have made all my fudge this Christmas using thus cookware and because of the heavy bottom it made it so easy!!! No worries about scorching or stirring the non stick coating into my fudge!! I have cooked steaks to perfection, med rare, and clean up was a breeze! My pots and pans cleaned easily, nothing was stuck on the pans and with a little bar keepers friend they look like brand new!!! Wish I had purchased these about 10 sets of cookware ago!!!!!
