These are the best!! I work long hours and sometimes when I’m feeling run down, I just heat this up and it’s light but filling and they taste phenomenal. No need to add water or milk. Just heat and eat. Easy to keep in your work bag for emergencies. Love the ingredients.

Recipe has been changed and it’s awful. I used to really enjoy this soup, but now it has a more heavy texture and the quinoa has been replaced with rice. I don’t know what would compel Campbell’s to make this switch and then somehow try to pass it off as a new taste? They took a great product and ruined it- probably to save money, but I would have been happy to pay more for a good product. Please bring back the old recipe- this new recipe is garbage :-(

This was my favorite soup - I really loved it. Now, for some inexplicable reason, Campbell's has changed the recipe and it is completely different. It tastes terrible and there's no discernible reason why they would have done this. It's certainly not healthier with an increased sodium count. It's very disappointing when companies change really good products. Maybe with enough negative feedback, Campbell's will change it back. Meanwhile, I'm searching for a new soup.

I am a meat eater so maybe if you dont like a lot of meat your would like this. The flavor also wasnt what i was expecting by the description. There were a lot of beans which made it taste pasty.

I love that it's healthy and a quick meal and they have really added a lot more nutrition to this brand then other Campbell's varieties. I actually feel like I am feeding my family a healthier meal then watered down soup like some brands.

I recently was able to try one, I and my daughter loved it.Then I read the ingredients and was blown away. I have to always be careful when eating canned items since they are filled with preservatives. These are not and very healthy canned soup!

There are also ingredients like corn, black beans,plantain puree and other great stuff. The consistency of the soup is nice and loaded with lots of ingredients. I really wanted to like this soup but all I could taste was he overwhelming taste of cilantro. It overpowered the soup and I did not enjoy the taste at all.If you like cilantro then this is the soup for you. If they put less it would be much better.

It has good flavor and good seasoning. I added some tortilla chips and it was so much better. It has corn and beans in it. I had it for lunch and it was yummy.

I suggest adding a dollup of cool sour cream on top, made this restaurant quality and eased the spice. Only downfall is it's canned soup, and its impossible to get rid of that "tin" flavor. All in all, great for a canned soup!
