Worst Comforter, quality is poor, not in line with other Target brands I've purchased

Target should discontinue this comforter line. It’s the biggest disappointment, the fabric is cheap, the alternative down feels more like batting. Save your money

I bought a twin. Great quality, super soft, washes well and it's definitely warm, too warm for the summer, but wonderful for the other 3 seasons.
Surprising

I love everything about this comforter! Probably because I love Candice Olsen! However, I was surprised with the fabric.....it is an obvious white on white plaid. I like it, it’s subtle but if you are expecting solid white be warned!
Just the right warmth

So far so good! We purchased this specific one because of the size. I didn’t realize that not all King size comforters are the same. We ordered one from another seller and it didn’t even come close to filling up our bed, it was shocking. We looked and found a comforter with the right dimensions for the specific duvet cover we have and this one is a perfect fit. So far its been wonderful, although we’ve only used it in the winter months. Not sure if it will be too warm once summer rolls around but so far so good!

Do not buy! Super shady packaging and comes with no label! Extremely disappointed
No loops, too hot for the summer, but good quality & fluffy

This comforter does not have loops in the corners so you can't tie it to the inside of the duvet cover. I've only had this comforter for a couple of months (july-sept) in NYC and it is too hot with the AC on. I was hoping this could be used as an all season comforter, but I still end up throwing it off me at night or trying to use only a corner of it to cover only a portion of my body. I think this comforter has heft to it; I don't have a problem with it being flat or thin at all. I previously used the Warm Room Essentials down alternative comforter, which wasn't as good quality as this, but could be used all year (I guess I had to wear a fuzzy robe to bed in the dead of winter, but never minded that). When we got a king bed though, RE brand didn't have the proper dimensions for our new duvet cover. Had I known this comforter was going to be this warm, I would've tried a different brand.
Lightweight but very flat, like there's no stuffing

The price is great when there's a 30% off sale, but the comforter itself is very thin. I understand that it is a light comforter, but it really feels as if there is hardly any stuffing inside. It's pretty flat. I returned it.

I just received this duvet and ordered it because of the cotton covering and the price was so much better than other stores. It is well made and as lightly filled as I had hoped, it keeps me warm but not hot. I have a two story house and the upstairs is always warmer than the downstairs, therefore the lighter weight is just right. I have not had the opportunity to go to a laundromat to wash it but will do so shortly at which point I will update this review.
Great value.

Great quality and feels wonderful to sleep with. The stitch design is smart and should help to keep the inside from balling up. It's a great option for WA state although will likely be too warm for even our summers. Very satisfied with this purchase.
Great for the price

Great duvet for the price. I needed a 108"x96" duvet without the $300 plus price tag. The size is very hard to find. This duvet is not super heavy or light. It's April so can't comment on whether it will be good in the dead of winter, but has been warm in Springtime weather. The square baffles help keep the stuffing from lumping up. My one complaint is a lot of the current duvets have loops on the corners so you can "tie" your duvet cover to the corners and it won't bunch up inside the cover. This one does not. I would think Candice would have had this feature on her duvet.
Just Right!

Very nice down alternative. It is light but warm, yet doesn't make we perspire in the middle of the night like my goose down does. The size is great, I had looked all over for a 96 x 110, and once again, Target had just what I needed.

Great value, bought it on sale. Not too heavy or too light. Just right and duvet goes over easily. We like the squares that hold the filling in place and does not lump.
Great heavy comforter for cold nights

Got this on a whim after comparing several down alternative comforters at Target.com. It seemed to be a great compromise between those $150 down comforters and $20 cheapy down alternatives, so I sprung for this and I don't regret it. When I first picked up the package, I was surprised at how heavy it was. Upon opening it, the exterior fabric seems sturdy and the stitches seem well-done. It fits nicely in the queen-sized duvet cover I bought. I don't think this would be a good comforter for warmer weather since it seems too insulating, but it's great for those cold wintry nights! I don't have much experience with down alternatives, but if there's a 15% discount or greater on bedding, I would recommend this one!

I get cold at night so I was looking for a warm down alternative comforter. I've only had this 2 days, but I love it. It has a good amount of fill, it's soft and fluffy. I don't know how to gauge if its heavy...but I'm so glad I go this one! I was worried about sizes as the full/queen blankets seem to vary a lot, and this being 90x92 seems a common size for duvet covers.

My house gets down to about 58F degrees at night and the Candace Olsen down alternative comforter keeps me so snug and toasty without overdoing it. I can get up, go to the bathroom, let out the cat and it's still warm when I get back in. It has loft but is not too heavy. I have it inside my linen duvet cover for winter, may be able to use it on its own in warmer months. It's a brilliant white color, with a pattern of small tone on tone squares. Haven't washed it yet, I'm sure the stitched boxes will stay, as it looks well made. Unbeatable price for the quality. It came in an undamaged, pliable, zippered clear plastic container within the cardboard shipping carton which was also undamaged. Delivery was quick and smooth. I would recommend this to anyone needing a warm, quality comforter.
Perfect comforter!

This is just the right fluffiness. I did not want something too heavy or too thin either. It's made well.

I don't have much experience with down alternative, but this one looks and feels (when you squish the squares) like my real down comforter. I have to take a star off because it is a little heavy.
