This product went together well and fits the files we need and is expandable with the larger files we have also. Herring bone pattern on top is really well done and the color matches the other pieces we bought also.
Holes drilled wrong

Terrible quality! Multiple holes drilled wrong and had to be redrilled plus wood glued. Difficult and time consuming to assemble. So heavy to move or I would return.

I'll admit, putting together furniture may not be the easiest thing to do. It does take time. However, Sauder's instructions for this Lateral File Cabinet made it interesting and easy. I ordered two of these, and the bookcase hutch. The lateral file took about 3 hours to assemble, and that's with some breaks. It is sturdy and roomy and meets my needs. It also looks great in my home office.
