Ewwwwwuuuuh!! What the heck?! They changed the recipe and these are absolutely gross. Zero flavor. No more crunch. They taste like burnt Kix. No joke, pouring my bowl I kept thinking “why does this look like rat pellets?” One bite and I was assured they are indeed RAT FOOD! They’re not the same size either so you totally know they changed it. I’m returning these immediately. Heart broken and scared to buy other Cap’n Crunch cereals ever again.

New formula is truly awful. The peanutbutter flavored coating has disappeared so what you are left with is dry, rough, bland, styrofoam puffs. Gets soggy in minutes.

NassssssssTY! The ingredients for this cereal most definitely changed. You can barely taste the peanut butter, this cereal used to HIT! Was a great craving for the specific taste it had. Now it tastes like a very light healthy oat cereal with a hint of peanut butter. In fact, I had to come back and look at the reviews to see if I were losing my mind. Nope! The quality of food is just going down. So if you’re wondering “does this taste different or is it just me” it’s NOT you!

They don’t taste anything like they use to…the peanut butter flavor is barely even noticeable. They are a lot smaller then before, like the mini cereals. My kids won’t eat them…they are disgusting.

This batch tasted like another brand of cereal inside the bag, definitely not the quality of Captain Crunch Peanut butter. This tasted toasted and burned with no peanut butter taste at all, very similar to an Animal Cracker.

I love this cereal!!! Best I've ever eaten. Can't get enough. I eat a box a day. Every two hours I eat a bowl. The only problem is I've gained weight and need to lay off it. Sucks!!! I miss it big time. If I had an upset stomach it would settle it. I wish you made a single size bowl type. Then I could buy that at least.
