    This is now the second time that I have ordered these shoes and they arrive not looking like the picture. There are not supposed to be any strings at the front of the shoe. It’s very frustrating to wait a week for shipping and the wrong item has been sent twice.

    They run one size too small. Also, it still has the tie to adjust the width but I was looking for one that didn’t have to be tied and in the photos it doesn’t show it.

    There was nothing in the description to let one know that the shoe runs at least a size smaller than the child’s street shoe size. I have to return my granddaughter’s shoes.
