Q: Are the disks supposed to attach loosely inside the pitcher? I know it says to push until it clicks, which it does, but the disks seem to be wobbly. The froth is average - even w/whole milk.

A: This frother will make smooth, silky froth with almost any milk. Dairy milks work best & skim (fat-free) dairy makes the tall/marshmallow-y foam for cappucinos. Unsweetened soymilk also works well.

A: The discs are magnetic and stored under the frother. Remove the carafe and turn the frother over. You will see them there. If not, all our Customer Service 1-800-220-5701.

A: No it will not. Cold froth is ideal to add to a cold brew coffee or iced coffee.

I bought this in May and decided to give it a try, even though some of the reviews were negative. This worked great in the beginning. It frothed milk and my latte's were hot. About 6 months later it randomly stopped frothing milk and hasn't frothed it since. It still heats up the milk, but no longer spins fast enough to froth. I have used all types of milk: almond milk, fat free milk, oat milk, 1% and have never had an issue with frothing until recently.

This is actually my second frother of the exact same model. It is great. It foams cow milk perfectly, like barista perfect, and it tries its best for alternative milks (oat being the best to froth, in my opinion). after many, many uses, my first one got this weird whine and eventually stopped working. so far no issues with the second.

This was given to family for a Christmas gift last year. So far it’s been easy to use; straight forward instructions with basic settings for cold/hot/froth. The frother piece is delicate and small so you have to double check if it’s properly secured on which can be challenging to tell sometimes. Definitely suggest hand washing and right after use to prevent buildup and to keep from scratching the insides.
