The pans are not only gorgeous in design and color, but they are heavy duty and stand the test of time. My last set of ceramic Calphalon pans lasted less than 2 years before the enamel scratched off! The mini fry pan is the perfect size to reheat leftovers for lunch (so I can avoid using the microwave), frying a couple of eggs, and making side dishes.
