While this is good and heavy, the ceramic in the inside sticks absolutely every single time you cook no matter how low the heat unless it was super low it doesn’t matter what you put in the pan in terms of olive oil or avocado oil or coconut oil it doesn’t matter it’s going to stick. It won’t stick crazy hard, but it will stick just like cooking in Regular ceramic cookware that doesn’t have the iron base.

I’ve used it for chicken and it cooks perfectly, I also have caraway non stick pans and stainless steel pans so of course I had to try the cast iron as well and it’s just as good, highly recommend!
