Often times I find that lower carb or plant pastas taste like cardboard. This one is *almost* like regular pasta, just has a little bit less of the "bite" or chewiness. All in all still very good though and it's something I'd eat again.

I’m happy to report that she loved it and said, “it was perfectly al dente and not mushy nor gritty.” This pasta was very similar texture and taste to a traditional pasta. I’m not carb conscious and love all pasta - this one fits right into the plethora of pastas I enjoy.

The box said 15-17 min, I believe, but at 20 min it was Al dente. My family prefers a softer noodle, so I finally took it off the stove after 23-24 min. The texture of the pasta seemed a little different than your standard pastas- almost similar to gluten free, or even a rice noodle. It was good though and I’d eat it again.
