About this item

Highlights

  • Our first expansion to Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition, with 300 ridiculous new cards to mix into your deck.
  • The box literally glows in the dark, making it easy to find in a cave. Also includes bonus glow-in-the-dark stickers!
  • Sorry, the cards don’t glow, that would be too much glowing.
  • Please note that the cards are larger than regular CAH cards. If this makes you angry, consider worrying about something more important instead, like climate change.
  • This is expansion for Cards Against Humanity: Family Edition. Buy that first.
  • Appropriate for most humans 8 and up.

Fam Edition is Awesome and Exactly what the Description Says!

This was a hilarious addition to our game night! It states right on the box ‘Glow In The Dark BOX’ and in the description that the cards do not glow. It also states that the cards are a different size. Why don’t people read the description before purchasing, and then complain about the things they assumed when the expectation was laid out? This game is great- not for every family, but we like potty jokes and butt humor, and my kids are old enough to know that it’s not ok to stick a fork in an outlet. It does say 8+ in the age range. Highly recommend!

Different size cards

Not an "expansion" if they change the card size! Also who needs a glow-in-the-dark box? Make the CARDS glow, if it's GITD. But first make them the right size.

Absolute NOT family friendly with kids...

I bought this to play on Easter with my family. The packaging states the game is for children ages 8+. Wrong. The first card I pulled out "vaping", followed by "catching the school on fire.", "being decapted by a helicopter"... and they just continued on from there. I will be returning this game.

Go through first without kids

The game is fun BUT go through before playing with your kids! I weeded out approx 20% of the cards that were about butts, poop, a nipple card, and some I considered to be inappropriate or disrespectful which stinks cause they’re simply unnecessary in making the game fun.

Too many bathroom jokes

I wasn’t expecting anything dirty from a family edition, which is why I got it, but why are there so many cards centered around farting, peeing, etc. It’s just not funny. Some of the cards were good though

This game is the absolute perfect addition to your game night! Our ten year old loves it, and our nine year old foster son loved it too! it was great in helping him get practice reading. Of course every family's sense of humor and feeling of what is appropriate and what is not differs, but our family loves this game. When we first got it, we literally played it every night for a week! I hope they come out with more family friendly packs to add to it. would definitely recommend to anyone!

We’ve played this game with only adults and we all agree it’s better than the original CAH! And you can play with the whole family. Love this game!

I am beyond disgusted with this game. I saw a questionable card in the pictures, but figured I could just take out the few inappropriate cards. I took out 49 cards. I don’t know why we would encourage the pooping everywhere, or playing with our butts or “front butt.” And let’s not forget the “put a fork in an outlet” card. Are you serious? I do not recommend this game at all. It is far from a “family” game.

This box is really good for family game nights.

My family likes to have game nights with each other and friends, but there's kids in our families and playing Cards Against Humanity can be hard with kids. This family edition box makes it easy for us to play the game with the kids and it's fun for everyone, plus the kids get to have silly glow in the dark stickers.

Back of Cards don't Match

Shan - 3 years ago, Verified purchaser
This is supposed to be used in conjunction with the Family Edition. It says so right on the box, but as you can see in the photo, the backs of the cards don't look the same. The expansion is on the left and the main deck is on the right. You're not supposed to know which card belongs to each player when you're picking a winner, but you can tell who played what based on the back of the card.

This is a smaller version of the family pack. if you already own it you don't need this one unless you really want glow in the dark stickers.
