I was really hopeful for this item since it's so light weight and foldable, but the mechanism to make it fold and unfold was so stiff and tight I couldn't do it by myself. My very strong friend said it was tight but she could at least get it to move. I'm returning it since I can't use it independently. Make sure your hand and arm strength are excellent if you plan to use this item.
