I really like the Flex pillow. Initially I bought the Gel pillow. It’s too hard. I wanted to exchange it for the Flex pillow but apparently was 2 days late. Now i’m stuck with it. My sister raves about your sheets and other products but you have lost me as a customer.

These flex pillows are totally adjustable by taking out some of the foam stuffing to create the perfect support. You will never find better pillows so stop waiting and just buy them! You won’t have any regrets!

My husband and I both love that the firmness / loftiness of these pillows are fully customizable. The shredded bamboo foam has a luxurious feel that is so comfortable as you sink into it. The pillow offer the best comfort and provides the firmness that you are looking for also. We are so happy we decided to makes this purchase.

Unfortunately, I did not like this pillow. Comfort wise, I cannot comment, but the offgassing was so bad that I had to put it in my garage because it was smelling up the house. After allowing it off gas for 1 1/2 to 2 weeks, it still smelled quite strong. I couldn’t imagine sleeping on it. I really don’t like to leave bad reviews, and almost didn’t leave this one. But I think other people should be aware. I can’t imagine sleeping on it and breathing in the fumes.

Unfortunately i did not like the flex pillow for the king. I think it would be better to work with a standard size. Having to remove stuffing from king size , it gives too much room for a king size inside. I just seem to get it the right amount. Also buying it online is a pain since instore location will not allow exchange or return so now i have to ship the item back and since its open and bulky, makes it difficult and costly. I was told by customer support prior to purchase that i can return at any store location. that is not true so now i have a useless pillow.

I bought the Cariloha Flex Pillows for my husband for Christmas. The "flex filling" has a terrible odor. I have tried airing them out outside and hope in time the smell will disapate.

I would not recommend you buying these pillows. I had mine for a month now and I have let them air out and they still stink. Smell is a horrible chemical smell. When I notified the Cariloha of the issue. They said it could be due to the packing and to spray one parts white vinegar and 3 parts water and that should take the smell out. This does not work! Hate that I didn't review this product before purchasing.

I bought this in December and opened it right away to let the memory foam expand. It had a really strong smell and I hoped that if it aired out for a few days it would subside. It's been 5 weeks and they still really smell strong-too strong to comfortably sleep with.
