Just received the tables. SUBSTANTIAL!BEAUTIFUL!They are very straightforward for assembly.Too soon to tell the degree to which they are dent prove/scratch proof/pet proof. I would recommend to anyone seeking to create a decorative contemporary/modern impression.

These tables are thick and heavy and are a great price. The assembly was challenging as the directions were wrong and some of the legs were mislabeled. I purchased three so once we figured it out with the first one, the other two were easy to assemble. I would still highly recommend.
