The taste wasn’t great I couldn’t even finish it. It was a bit chalky in flavor. I would much rather other brands to this one. I won’t be buying this again.

I’m usually really picky with protein drinks because a lot of them taste chalky and thick, this one, thankfully, was smooth to drink. I also liked the packaging because it’s more eco friendly and easy to put in my fridge

These shakes are very convenient when you are short on time, but still want something healthy and nutritious. The packaging is very helpful and clear about calories, protein, content, and vitamins and minerals. I used to drink these in high school and the taste has improved greatly. The chocolate flavor is very enjoyable and doesn’t have a strong aftertaste. It does have a little bit of a chemical flavor, which is why I gave it four stars. Overall, it is a great value for the money and an easy inconvenient breakfast that gives you protein and energy for your day.

Containing 15g of protein, 21 vitamins and minerals including vitamin D and calcium, this has everything I need for a quick on-the-go breakfast. It has a nice rich chocolate taste. The only downside is that it has 12g of added sugar, and I wish Carnation had a sugar-free option. But overall, this is a delicious, healthy breakfast option for busy people like me.

It’s really a delicious way to get you’re vitamins/ nutrients and a nice helping of PROTEIN!! I love the bright yellow packaging with a picture of a chocolate drink in the front. It’s easy to spot in the fridge and the picture looks delicious! Very easy to drink! Great texture, taste, and consistency!! The protein helps keep you feel a bit “fuller” for longer. Highly recommend for those mornings when you just can’t get breakfast into a busy schedule!!

It also didn’t have the after taste of vitamins like most nutrition drinks do. I drank this in place of breakfast, and it kept me full until lunch. Will definitely buy in the future.
