Carson Dellosa is where I order ALL of my border and when I received the Black and White scalloped border, I absolutely love it. High quality, durable and love the scallop trim. You can use it turned in or out. I love layering it with a color border. The black and white design goes with everything. Highly recommend this border! Goes perfectly around my white board in the front of the classroom. It's not too loud that is distracts from the objectives and reading group materials they need to look at each day. I love anything for my classroom that is neutral colors or that can go with anything! I currently have these borders up right now for my halloween bulletin board and i am obsessed with them! They are super cute to display, easy to put up, and they can be reused!
