Great selection at Target. Recipient likes the store. Not sure if they, the newborn liked. Never heard it was received. I sent a card and note stating it was coming a particular day per my shipping order to send in one package. They sent with the other items in two orders a week apart! So while a great store, shipping/delivery disappointing.

The description says one size and it came in with a tag on it saying 0-9 months. Dry small. My daughter is 15 months and no way is going to fit in, pretty disappointed.
Babies don't need to be in a bath rope.
