Q: Will this hat fit a 3 month old??

A: Probably? It fit our 4 month old, infact she's now 6 months and needs the 12-18m hat. We have also washed ours and it shrank a little, which might help if it's a little too big.

Q: Why is this warning on a hat meant for a baby? WARNING: choking hazard - small parts. Not for children under 3 yrs.
