With that said, you can use on hard water stains however, it may only lighten them depending on how long the stain has been there and the type of cleaner you are using.

A: Hello kkateli, we recommend using a mild antibacterial detergent to clean the brush heads. Abrasive cleaners should never be used with this product. Additional brush attachments are also available.

A: Hi Debra, unfortunately the battery is not replaceable but please try this if you are having trouble charging your device, when charging the Casabella Power Spin Scrubber, you will see a green light from the start if the unit has not been turned off properly. To make sure your unit charges, unplug the scrubber and make sure the power switch has been turned off. Plug the unit back in, and you should see a red light on the power adapter. The red light will turn green to indicate the unit has been properly charged. The "plug" that covers the charging port is not waterproof. Went to charge the device after the battery died and the port is corroded and rusted. Definitely am not going to continue using it as it poses a safety hazard.

Bought this back in May of 2024. Mild use and it no longer works!! At first, it worked great but now, almost a year later and after a handful of times I’ve used it, no matter how long I charge it for, it will not turn on. What’s a waste of money.

It does not get a very deep clean because it just bounces around on one speed. I think a handle would help. You need to use pressure closer to the end which defeats the purpose of the long handle. It's great for basic surface cleaning but not deep cleaning.

I love this scrubber. The attachments are nicely made. They hold in place very snug. It didn't take long to charge. I love the extending arm. It also bends on the bottom piece to move attachments as needed. It runs amazing. It saved my back on lots of things. Whether it's walls, tubs, toilets or windows YOU NEED THIS!!!! Looking forward to more protects from this company.

Item was working amazing, but after some use of cleaning the connector of the scrubs decided to fail. Now I have a stick that spins but holds nothing. Very poor design and use of unsupported plastic that failed to hold. I should have noticed it was failing sooner as I noticed the scrubber was wobbly and no longer holding onto those items well.
Never worked after charging.

Too hard to change brush heads. Spins super fast which makes it difficult to hold onto the handle. It needs a speed control setting and a better grip in order to hang onto it while trying to use it. It would probably work well for someone with huge hands!!!!
