Case-Mate FUEL 5,000 mAh Portable Wireless Charger

As I received the battery pack, immediately I charged it. Once fully charged, the lights turned on but my iPhone doesn't charge. The blue light keeps blinking and it eventually powers off on its own, without providing any charge.

So far I love it. Works as described and comes in handy when needed

Was excited to get this and have on hand. I have to remove my otter box cover on my iPhone 13 to have it stick, not a huge deal. But sometimes it’s difficult to turn on. I’ve used it three times and it does charge pretty quickly but only makes it to about 60% on a 20% battery. And gets really HOT. Was going to buy a new case for the phone so that the magnet will work without taking off case, but after seeing the quality of the battery pack I think I’ll get a different battery pack instead. Kind of disappointed

I was highly disappointed in this product. It doesn’t even give my phone a full battery before it dies. I have to keep pressing the button and eventually it will randomly turn on - it doesn’t come with instructions on specifics how to turn it on to charge the phone. Had I not missed the return window, I would have sent it back. Completely disappointing and a waste of money!

It’s ok but not as good as Apples mag pack. Definitely would recommend apples as it has a feature allowing you to not overcharge devices and allows the pack to charge quickly. This packs not bag but definitely would recommend apples version. (And original Idea from apple!)

I have a MagSafe cover on my phone and it still grabs on tightly! Some products won’t grab on until I remove the cover!

Bought one for Christmas broke after first month, paid shipping for replacement, same problem with second one. Starts to charge then stops.

So, bought this in September 2022 and I've used it here and there. Now it's February 2023 and it just suddenly stopped charging. The lights turn on but my iPhone 14 Pro Max doesn't charge. I tried it on my sister's iPhone 12 Pro Max and the same thing. The blue LED light keeps blinking and I can't seem to figure out how to torubleshoot to know what this means. Luckily warranty covered it and I'm getting a replacement. Will have to check again in a few months and see if this one will last. I also wish Fuel would post troubleshooting instructions on the page.

Within 2 months stopped charging. Sent in for new one on warranty. Within a week it stopped charging. Save your money.

When I’m on the go, and my phone battery is depleted, I just turn this battery on, slap it to back of my phone and my phone charges fast with this attached.

Saw some reviews about this prior to ordering but I got it with a discount so I thought I would try it. Honestly, they are right. I have a mag safe case from Case-Mate and have used a pop socket wallet with it for over a year, and that thing is amazingly strong, I never have a problem with it. In comparison, this is easily knocked off, just in common use. I can't speak to how well the battery works yet, as the weak magnet has prevented me from using it much, just know that if you use it, it's best to keep it in a bag so that if it falls off, you don't lose it.

I have been using my wireless battery for about a week and a half and I am honestly not impressed. It turns off on its own. Because of this I have yet to charge my phone up more than about 20% with it. As cute and convenient as it is, unfortunately it leaves much to be desired.

This can charge my iPhone 14 Pro 50% before the battery pack dies. I don’t even get one full charge. It’s very disappointing.

Sucks, lucky if you charge your phone once fully, can’t hold a charge either

I purchased this item and thankful that I did. Just love it. Very convenient, fast charging and charge lasts. Ordered just in time for an unexpected trip. Definitely a five star item.

Great concept, and wonderful to have charge to my phone with no wires. However, the battery pack itself has to be plugged in to charge it - I expected it to work with wireless chargers

Stopped working after one week. But within that 1 week it did charge the phone but i would recommend not using the phone as much. I got a temperature warning once

I have a 12 ProMax and was honestly hoping for more. I love the convenience of it but it definitely doesn’t charge a much as I had hoped and it and my phone definitely get HOT when using it. I’m glad I got it with a deal because if I paid full price I’d be returning it.

This is great for having this on hand when away from your charger.

It does not work with it without a case on my phone. I would give it 0 stars if they would let me.
