I love the look of double towel bars and feel like it’s the most logical option when you have two adults sharing a bathroom. It was extremely easy to install with the provided instructions and hardware. However, I’m only giving 4 stars because the bars seem close together. Once you add towels to both bars you can’t take off a towel without taking off the one on the other bar

Nice style n color. Loose, front bar comes off. I had to glue it in place.

Donniebrasco- It is important the wall arms are installed at the correct distance from each other according to the included mounting template. Installing them further apart will not allow them to properly embrace the rods. We would encourage you to remove one of the arms and wall plates and reinstall it slightly closer to the other arm per the template. The front bar keeps on falling off. I would not recommend this product.

Not the easiest to install and get tight enough so the bars don’t pop out. It’s very pretty to look at but for daily use it’s not as sturdy as I would like.

Hi Shannon864...it is important to use the included template. As with other towel bars in the market, the distance the posts are mounted from each other needs to be accurate to properly support the bar itself. We are happy to send a replacement template if needed. Thank you.

The plates that hold the bars snaps into the wall mount. Well, it's supposed to. It doesn't snap in, you're more likely to rip out your wall.

Hi there. Per the Customer Experience line information, please be sure both wall plates are lined up horizontally on the same level and are straight up and down. There is a template included with each set to use during installation. If this is not accurate, the snap pins will not line up with the holes to allow the set to snap in place. Thank you!

Works ok. Is a bit flimsy so you need to be careful when hanging towels or it will fall off screws

First, we hope you were able to follow the installation video that appears on the webpage of this item on Target.com. If you attached the towel bar to hollow dry wall, please ensure the horizontal drill holes of the mounting plate were used. Please ensure the included wall anchors were installed, before the mounting plate was screwed to the wall. Lastly, ensure the post ends snap into place when they are attached to the mounting plates. Following these steps should ensure the towel bar is securely installed. The overall look and idea of this towel bar is great. However, when assembling, one of the screws snapped off inside the bracket that holds the two towel rods, making it impossible to tighten and assemble. Ordering a replacement, which hopefully will not have this same issue. Disappointed. Wanted to love it.
