Why so many ingredients and all it takes is a few to make a healthy pizza crust.

I LOVE the Caulipower pizza crusts. I love the texture, thickness, flavor and the overall product. I am partial to a light spread of pesto, shredded mozarella, with toppings of mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and red onion. (light on all items, it cooks and turns out best this way) I sprinkled some italian seasonings/herb blend, a little garlic powder and a little salt on top, drizzle with a little more pesto, and it turns out to be perfection.
Very impressed

I started my gluten free journey today and my in laws wanted to do homemade pizza. I was dreading it because I knew I’d need to find an alternative to regular pizza crust. I went to a few stores looking for gluten free pizza crust and had heard that cauliflower crust was the way to go. I just so happened to grab this one and was so glad I did! I couldn’t tell the difference at all! If anything it was better than normal pizza crust! My husband even enjoyed it and he’s the pickiest eater!

Was so disappointed. Have been a celiac for 5 years, and pizza is what I miss the most. I made according to package instructions. The dough was so hard, I couldn’t even cut through it with my sharpest knife!!! How do I make it softer?!?!?

I have used this crust for pizza for many years now and not because it's gluten free, but instead low calorie. It always comes out perfect and I get to make pizzas with our homemade sauce and garden tomatoes. Today, I tried to make a claim pizza and it is the best pizza I have ever made. Thank you for making this product! I wish I could add a photo.

I really like this crust. It’s thin and can get on the crispy side, depending on how long you cook the pizza, but it comes out good. I’m not saying it’s super flavorful but It does not taste like it’s made from cauliflower whatsoever! It’s a great alternative to wheat crusts, if you’re avoiding gluten. (It’s not supposed to be exactly like a fluffy traditional crust, so don’t expect that)
THIS USED TO BE AMAZING AND MY NUMBER 1 GO TOO BUT

WHY ARE THE PIZZAS GETTING SMALLER THINNER AND WEIRDER TASTING?! This is so upsetting whatching all these good food get changed and downsized, not looking for a HUGE pizza but the crust used to be thicker you used to get a better topping option but all the pizzas I get now have little too NONE besides the slightest sprinkle of cheese. Please do better.

I absolutely love this pizza crust. I have tried several different types of cauliflower crust pizzas and they are nasty. With this crust, I can add my own sauce and make it my specialty pizza. You can not even taste the cauliflower. I have tried several restaurants that sell cauliflower pizza but they pale in comparison.

Excellent. My first foray into cauliflower crust. Took the advice of one reviewer, and put the crust in for 4 minutes but painted the top side with a little EVOO to crisp it up. Took it out, placed it on a baking sheet, dressed it, then back in for 10 minutes. Gave it a short rest before digging in, the crust held up, no sagging, easy to enjoy……
Finally, I can have a crispy pizza again

Honestly blown away by this crust. After developing gluten sensitivity, I’ve tried the many… well-intentioned gluten free pizza crust options, but they tend to be kinda gummy or floppy or generally meh. I was shocked when I pulled these out of the oven and actually had a crispy, flavorful thin crust pizza. I made one with pesto, and one with red sauce, and lots of cheese and toppings— and they both came out light, crispy and fulfilling. Worth every penny.

I have enjoyed this pizza for years. But my last box of "All About the Base" crust was different. Its much thinner and very wrinkly. Not like the usual wafer thick smooth surface. I had a hard time even spreading sauce over it. It was more like a potato chip. I see you have changed the recipe and added (plain) rice flour to the brown rice flour and changed the quantities and proportions of other ingredients. I'm afraid you have ruined this delicious food.

Love these crusts and have used them exclusively for years now, but I thought I’d let you know that when you stopped putting the cardboard inserts for each crust to rest on inside the individual plastic bags, you made it much more difficult to use the crust. Many, many times, the package gets warm as I travel home from the store (100 degrees every day for months!), and the crusts buckle up and are unusable. As I write this, I’m thawing one out to mash it back down into a level surface, and then I’ll re-freeze it. Please rethink removing the cardboard. It solved the problems posed by the heat we all endure down south!

There’s a bunch of stuff in there that I wish they could have skipped: BROWN RICE FLOUR, RICE FLOUR, GMO CORN STARCH, TAPIOCA STARCH, BAKING POWDER (WHICH CONTAINS ALUMINUM!) So all that extra starch and flour makes the carbs higher than expected. A simple cauliflower crust with cauliflower, eggs, water, oil and salt would’ve been pretty perfect but this one is a no for me.
Don’t even know it’s cauliflower!

I bought this just to try, and I LOVE IT! The only thing missing is “bread cooking” smell which I think you can get by throwing a stale or last of loaf piece in to toast pizza cooks. Makes a very thin crust which I love.
