Summary of reviews
The product has received mixed feedback from guests, with many praising its gluten-free nature and the potential for customization with toppings. While some guests enjoyed the crispy crust and flavor, others found the pizza lacking in sauce and toppings, leading to disappointment. The cauliflower crust is appreciated for being a healthier alternative, but the overall taste and texture have left some guests wanting more. This pizza can be a convenient option for those seeking a quick meal, especially when enhanced with additional ingredients.

Delicious thin crust healthier pizza. Tastes like any regular wheat thin crust I've tasted.

I’ve always wanted to try this pizza so when I found it I bought it, The pizza was good my only suggestion is that more sauce be added because once you get it home and into the oven the sauce and toppings fall off leaving the pizza sauce less. All in all I would buy it again.

Not worth $8. The crust is super thin like a tortilla and not much sauce or toppings. If you look at the nutrition, it still has a lot of carbs for what it is. Honestly, you can make a better, cheaper pizza with low carb tortillas, sauce, and toppings
Solidly disappointing

I’ve been buying this brand for so long that I remember when they used to be good. Several years ago they decided to scale back on sauce and toppings to the point where you will have to plan on adding things. I’ll only buy this is it’s on sale and Milton’s is unavailable.
Crunchy not crisp and NO flavor AT ALL.

Tasteless. Hoped to include a picture of the box so one wouldn’t confuse the box with the product, although the box might have more flavor. Crust is crunchy and flavorless not crisp. I have eaten cauliflower crust pizzas for many years and this is bad. The marinara sauce has zero flavor at best. There are no spices. The vegetables are negligible and flavorless. I prefer a pizza with or no cheese, and this is the only positive I could find. Tried to make palatable by adding oregano and red pepper flakes and pushed it down only because I was hungry after a backpacking trip (and you know how being in the wilderness makes everything better). I did a negative review before and forgot I was sent a coupon for this pizza but hope that doesn’t happen as I would need to be paid to repeat this bad pizza experience and would not use the coupon.

Would not recommend. The flavor is lacking and the texture of the crust is brittle. I bought this thinking it was going to be like Milton’s cauliflower pizza, no.
Tasteless, terrible. Try Sam's Club cauliflower crust pizza instead

Years ago, I tried different cauliflower crust pizzas from multiple brands. Hated all of them, went to regular gluten free crust. Earlier this year, decided to give Sams Club cauliflower crust pizza a chance. It was phenomenal. Tomato sauce is a flavorful blend of bright, savory and sweet, it's extremely cheesy, and the crust is crispy. I got a few boxes to make sure it wasn't a fluke. All perfect. I thought let's give caulipower a try. I knew I made a grave error when I opened the box. Pie is tiny but even worse, I can see the tomato sauce more than the cheese. I gave it a shot and it was somehow worse than I feared. Bland, sparse cheese, and the crust takes forever to crisp. When it does crisp it tastes like cardboard. If I could give 0 stars I would. Run to Sam's club for delicious frozen cauliflower pizza. They give you 2 bigger pies for only a few dollars more than this joke of a pizza.

This is the 2nd time I’ve tried Caulipower Margherita pizza. I believe in 2nd chances, but I have the same complaints. It was completely disappointing: tasteless, over-done on top, notably un-crispy crust, with directions followed exactly. It was so blah, it actually made me sad. The only good thing was that it was gluten free and I didn’t get sick.

I was disappointed in this. While the crust doesn’t taste bad, it’s floppy and under seasoned. I wish there was more cheese, too.

Lacked all toppings. Sauce was sparce, but the cheese and tomatoes were even more sparce. The flavor was lacking. All I can taste is the crust.

Tasteless cardboard with the fewest, tiny, shriveled tomatoes sprinkled on top. What a disappointment and waste of money.

I have been eating these for years and unfortunately this brand has gone down hill. It was so bad that I finally thought I had contracted the covid where you can’t taste anything. Don’t let the ingredients fool you, the ingredients are cardboard and cheese. Good luck finding ANY sauce. Come on!

I really liked this pizza! I will definitely buy it again. I feel like the bad reviews were people expecting more than a thin crust, light tasting (Margherita) pizza. It is what it says it is. Can always add more veggies or toppings to it to make it semi homemade, I love doing that!
