I've been taking these vitamins for about 3 years now right after breakfast. It takes about 2 hrs to feel that its working. The stuff listed as ingredients are great and that's why I chose this brand. Quality is worth the few bucks extra I pay. Packaging is nice and informational

My husband and sons use this and they like it. Pill size is smaller than others they have tried. They all agree that it needs to be taken with a meal or snack because it does make them nauseous on an empty stomach. You get quite a bit for the price.

They make my stomach hurt every time I take them. It hurts 1-2 minutes after I take it. The discomfort in my stomach lasts for about 7 minutes and then it feels normal again. Yes I take it with food. Besides that I assume these pills are giving me the vitamins my body needs but I will be going back to 1 a day pills.
