Q: I only received the top part and no base. No separate tracking number. For the others who also received one piece, did the other part eventually come in? How many days? Did you have to contact anyone?
A: We apologize. This item ships in two boxes, and so in some cases the packages can become separated in transit. If the second box doesn't deliver the same day, or the following day, please reach out.

Q: Mine did not arrive with a bottom piece.
A: Did the bottom piece come in eventually? I just received the box with only the bottom piece so I’m assuming the body and the stand come in different packages

Q: What is the total weight of this item? Is it easy to punch it and knock it over?
A: The base will hold 70 lbs of sand. If you choose, you could also use water. The weight of the base is enough to keep it from falling over, even when kicked by an expert.
submitted byBrett - 5 years agoA: You won’t. Weight? No sure.
