[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Ceramax Electric Skillet is quite small for a skillet. I was able to cook one burger in it at a time. It’s easy to clean and has two temperature settings. If it has an adjustable temperature control it would be a 5 star rating, and not a 4 star. While this is a great pan to have in an emergency or while camping where there is electricity, or in a dorm room, that is all I would use it for since it’s so small. I do like the steam function for vegetables. That’s a huge plus, and that can be used everywhere, and not just at the above mentioned places. I’ll keep using it for various things, but it’s not something I’ll use daily.

It’s coated nonstick (unsure about what that entails, I think we all know nonstick is sketchy), but with it being nonstick, that means any food can cook inside with an easy clean up. It plugs into any outlet. Comes with a glass lid with a hold for letting steam out. The part I don’t like is that the straining/steaming compartment is plastic. We are in 2024 - we don’t need to be using plastic to heat! Because of this I knocked it down 1 star. Other than this, I am looking forward to using this, primarily for my younger child to learn how to cook! Safer than on the stove. Also a great attractive device for cooking content creators!

This hotpot has been a staple in my camping gear for the last two months and is well worth the purchase! The temperature control works great especially when you’re in cold temperatures and it’s almost as simple as rinsed and reuse! Would definitely recommend!

The cord is short so you do have to find a stable place to put it. I did put it by the window so not much steam came off but I have mainly only used this for ramen so it mainly lets off steam. I haven’t had a chance to test the steamer pot but I’m sure it works great. Also the lid has a heatless handle so you won’t burn yourself grabbing it. I just recommend opening it way from you incase of steam. Cleaning was pretty simple, poured water into the bowl, then drained it and then cleaned the interior with soap and then rinsed it out. You cannot wet the bottom so that might be the most difficult part, but going slow it’s easy to do!

I wish it was bigger, it is very small so trying to cook a dish for 2-3 people using this skillet is not a good optipn.

My normal stovetop takes forever to heat up enough to boil water, but this electric skillet had my dirty rice broth boiling in almost no time. I like that it’s super easy to use - there are only 2 temperature settings (low and high), so it’s easy to figure out. It’s easy to clean and it’s only 3 pieces (4 if you include the plug cord). I like how light the skillet is - it’s be easy to pack for a camping/rv trip or for a dorm room. To clean, I avoided getting water near the heating element, but otherwise, it was not hard to clean. My dirty rice turned out great, and I look forward to using this more.

Love it for basic cooking that you don’t wanna turn on the stove or just making a little personal suits or dishes. I love it comes with the steamer inside. It’s fast and easy at a priest. Recommended to anybody who lives in a small house or apartment or even for a dorm.
