Not sure who thought it was a good idea to package item in a box that is 3x the size of the tray with no bubble wrap. Item arrived completely shattered. Super disappointing.

I have the smaller one and there is a glaze on it. There is NO glaze on this except the sides. It will be impossible to clean. I looked in the store and they are the same. This can’t be right.

This thing feels like sandpaper. Almost like they forgot to glaze it. It’s going to scratch anything it touches. No thank you. Would be gorgeous and an amazing decorative piece otherwise.

This is a really nice, heavy tray. The size is good, the weight is good, the color is good. The problem is you absolutely cannot wipe it. We got 2 water drops of something on it that I tried to wipe off, and the texture started coming off or something? I can’t figure out how to wipe this clean.
