I strongly do not recommend this product. It’s by far the worst thing I’ve ever bought for this price. It’s basically overpriced Vaseline with no moisturizing effect or any visible results. Very disappointing! I had tried a few CeraVe products before and liked them, but after this fraud, I won’t be buying anything from this brand again. To me, Vaseline feels even less greasy and sticky, more like a gel, while this is just pure sticky grease. Ugh!

While there are several other CeraVe products I use and LOVE, I don’t understand the hype about this one. You may as well buy a tube of Vaseline for less $$$. It does the same thing. Not a fan of the squeeze tubing because it is SUPER hard to get the product to come out. And especially hard if it is even slightly cold.

I originally bought this for a dry red patch on my face that I can’t seem to get rid of. (It seems to be working) however….My son has horrible eczema rashes on the back of his legs. I’ve been doing the steroid cream but they still looked incredibly red (I thought it might be scarring) I’m not joking when I say this was a miracle cream!!! this morning I decided to put this on over his steroid cream. This evening when I went to do his creams the redness is entirely gone!! I’m talking like 2 inches of redness on both legs. I’m shocked. Nothing else has worked this amazing. So glad I purchased. It’s also amazing for my dry cracked hands from the winter months! All around win!

Cerave healing ointment is a LIFESAVER! I cannot recommend this stuff enough. If you’ve ever had a child with chapped, red cheeks in the winter, use this. Immediately. It has given so much relief to my kids, I’m so thankful I found it. I’ve also used it on my son’s eczema on his legs and it clears up the rough patches. The consistency is like that of petroleum jelly, and is fairly unscented. But it is thick and leaves a slight residue on your hands, but I would expect that from a product like this. Because you don’t need it all the time, or in massive quantities, it lasts forever!

Contrary to its description, it most definitely leaves a greasy feel. Hopefully it works though -- jury is still out for me. Not sure if it's worth the fairly high price or if it's better to just use Vaseline.

The gold standard for locking in moisture. Especially during the colder months, I wear this every night on my lips and nose. On my spa nights I layer Cerave ointment last on top of my serums to lock down everything. Keeps my skin plump, hydrated. Also, during the winter I use on my elbows, heels, and knuckles and it keeps my skin from chapping in the cold.

This is so much more than Vaseline! I have been slugging my forehead with this over my night cream and it has greatly improved my static wrinkles immensely. Based on that I started doing the same with my stubborn upper lip lines and it is working phenomenally. I love it. Best $10 I've spent in a while!

This is an absolute must-have in my skincare routine. I know some people don’t like the feel of an oily or heavy cream on their face, but if you can get past that, it works wonders to heal bumps and scars. At first, I was hesitant because I thought it might clog my pores, but it’s actually the opposite! If you have dry skin, especially during the winter, this is a game-changer!!

I was so excited to try out this new addition, especially with my skin struggling so badly in the cold, dry Edmonton weather as of late. My legs, in particular, have been suffering from dryness, itchiness, and irritation. To my surprise, this healing ointment worked wonders overnight, calming them down completely. I've typically avoided ointment-type products due to their greasiness and stickiness, but this formula is fantastic. It's completely non-greasy and leaves my skin feeling soft and smooth. The added bonus of a travel-sized version makes it perfect for on-the-go use. I haven't experienced any issues since incorporating it into my skincare routine!
