I have used other brands of urea lotion and this one smells less bad than the other/half the price. i wish the percentage was 10%. but it seems like some reviewers don't understand the ingredients in this lotion. temporary stinging is a common side effect when you initially start using the product. this is different from an allergic reaction.

I had a horrible reaction to Proactive’s acne treatment. My face had chemical burns, extreme itching, my eyes swilled up and it was extremely rough and stiff. I set up allllllll night looking for something to help it. I came across this. Immediately my face was hydrated and calming down. It was smooth the next morning and I could see a change. I was so happy. It really saved my skin. It did everything it said it would do.

This doesn't remove make up well at all. It takes multiple washes for my skin to feel clean too. I have super sensitive skin and it ended up breaking me out in hives and my skin always felt tight and dry after using.

Dried out my skin beyond belief. My skin was very dry before using this product so I thought it was perfect for my skin type - it has only made my dry skin worse. It stings everytime I try to use it and has left my skin dryer than before.
