This lotion is designed to moisturize dry skin and relieve itching associated with insect bites, sunburn, poison ivy and other minor skin irritations. Our formula is designed to relieve symptoms of sunburn, and does not contain any SPF protection. For sun protection, we recommend trying our Hydrating Sheer Sunscreen Broad Spectrum SPF 30, which combines mineral and chemical sun filters to help effectively reflect and absorb the sun's damaging rays. CeraVe is a brand that's nothing flashy. It doesn't look pretty or exciting or smell good, but it gets the job done. You'll notice in just a few days your skin does look better. It can be a little greasy feeling. But if you're looking to moisturize and heal your skin without all the fluff, then this might be a good go-to.
Must have especially in warmer months!

I have started to develop some eczema and rashes under my armpits from deodorant and this is the only thing that has given me any relief. It’s fragrance free and not too thick. I will repurchase this!

This lotion replaced my itching skin as soon as I Applied it with skin that felt like if was on Fire. My skin immediately turned bright red and swollen. I have never had a result like this with any other product or brand. I quickly applied cool shower water to my legs and lower body. Since this was late Friday evening, I tried calling the customer service number printed on the CereVe bottle. Closed, call back during regular business hours. I called back today Monday and spoke to an agent who told me that all agents who could help me were busy. They would return my call in 24 - 48 hours. Before I called I noticed the skin on my legs was now shiny, scaled and peeling. I need help and direction NOW, not tomorrow etc. VERY POOR Customer service!! (I have already contacted my Primary Physician and sent photos.)

Moisturizer is great and it does what it says, feels a little thicker than normal moisturizer but does help with itching. Especially from dry skin. I do find the top gets clogged but easy to fix. Perfect for winter skin

This lotion has no fragrance which is meant for sensitive skin. I wouldn’t say this helped my dermagraphism or made it worse. If didn’t help much with my itchiness.

My husband had been struggling with painful itchy patches of eczema that made both his feet and ankles raw for more than 10 years. He tried so many cream and prescription topical treatments to no avail. I brought this home and it was like magic, his skin stopped itching and started to heal. He's got completely clear skin for the first time in years. I'm so impressed! Also helped with the itch when my son had an allergic reaction. It's the best.

I had a terrible case of poison ivy, oak, etc. I went to walk in clinic and they gave me a shot and 4 prescriptions and 2 weeks later, the itching remained to the point of craziness. Another doctor recommended your cream and oh my goodness, I finally got relief! Thanks so much for your product. It will be a go to and I highly recommend this product!!!

This it relief, moisturizing and cream is the perfect texture to lather up your skin in the dry winter temps. It has an instantly soothing effect and is steroid free. It provides relief of itchy, dry skin within minutes and is developed by Dermatologist. I use this on my son‘s highly sensitive and eczema, prone skin all year long and it definitely helps with his itch and eczema uncomfortableness.

This is an amazing itch relief lotion. I had a terrible reaction to a medication and this was the only lotion that gave me any relief. It was better than the prescription cream they scent me home with. It’s very thin non greasy lotion that spreads evenly and gives quick relief from itch. I love that it comes in a pump bottle, that makes it easier to use. I would recommend this to everyone just to have in case you ever need it

I picked up some samples from my allergist and it helped so much with my hands and elbows, my son has much worse eczema though! I wish I had learned about this sooner because he gets patches on his face and chin, i tried so many prescriptions for my son!! This lotion relieves his dry patches quickly, i know it brings him a great deal of discomfort but this product is a life saver.

I have mild eczema and I thought this would prevent me from scratching as often, but it doesn’t. So, I had to buy cortisone cream, which was a bummer but I still use it after showers. I would say it is moisturizing and it feels great on my skin. The cap locks when you turn it, which I really like in case I pack it for traveling. There’s a subtle lotion smell, but it doesn’t make me sensitive.
