Q: Other than petroleum, is there much difference between this and the p.m. face lotion?
A: Hello Mum23, Thank you for interest in CeraVe Moisturizing Cream, Body and Face Moisturizer for Dry Skin with Hyaluronic Acid and Ceramides - 8 fl oz. The main difference between this product and our PM Facial Moisturizing Lotion is that the PM Facial Moisturizing lotion has niacinamide. Also known as vitamin B3, niacinamide plays an important role in soothing and helping to restore the skin barrier. Niacinamide, as it relates to the skin’s barrier, was first studied in 1976, and it has since become a popular cosmetic ingredient in skincare formulations for acne, eczema, rosacea and skin discoloration. We hope this information has been helpful and that you will try our products soon!
