I have incredibly sensitive, dry as a bone, combination skin. I use this cream on my face at night during winter to restore any moisture loss during the day and it works great. However I'm almost completely out and no store in my area is carrying it. I mistakenly bought the lotion, thinking it was a larger version of the cream, only to find it thin, watery, and has no moisture retention whatsoever. My combination skin is also incredibly dry all the time, even worse during the winter. The lotion is far to thin to even knock a dent in my dryness. I'm looking everywhere to find my go-to cream, and currently cannot find it. I'm stressing because without it, my face dries out and breaks out at the same time. What is going on Cetaphil? Why have the stores stopped carrying this?

This is a gorgeously rich moisturizer that is super lightweight and absorbs quickly without a greasy finish. It smooths my rough, dry elbows perfectly and leaves me soft all night after a shower. I also have eczema, so my skin is very sensitive to certain products and it can lead to a flare up of my eczema. So I have to be careful with my product selection. But this passes that test! The only small problem I have with this product is the aroma. It is added fragrance free, but still has an aroma from the ingredients used. It smells kind of like cough syrup, but the smell doesn’t linger on my skin for long. Once the cream dries, that aroma disappears.

For someone who has extremely sensitive skin, I struggle with finding a lotion that doesn’t break me out, and does what it’s supposed to do…moisturize. This does it all! I only wish it came in a cream for the dryer months.

I purchased the 16 oz Cetaphil Advanced Relief Lotion with Shea Butter a couple weeks ago. I normally like the Cetaphil products and use many of them but this smells awful - like old cooking oil.

Bought this to use for my homemaker hands that are regularly in water and cleaning solutions, plus just dry from winter weather. Unfortunately it leaves my hands feeling quite greasy and I have to wait awhile for it to sink in before I can touch anything else, on top of which I find that I have to reapply it often if I don't want my hands to feel dry again. I'd be happy to use this only at night if it seemed to work well but it just doesn't seem to do so for me. I find that the Cracked Skin Repair Balm works much better for hands that stay busy.

It’s the first time I tried moisturizer for sensitive skin. My skin turned red, slightly burns, and makes my skin feel like scales. Burns around my eyes. Also it’s really thick. Was looking forward to this product but sadly will be returning it.

I usually buy Cerave moisturizing cream but I wanted to try something different. I love shea butter so I thought this would be perfect. As far as moisturizing it does an okay job. I really wanted to love this but it smells absolutely disgusting. And the smell lingers, I hate putting it on
