Living in the Midwest, getting adequate amount of the sun is tough. Got these for my kids to make sure they’re getting enough of their vitamin d intake which is much needed in order to absorb other vitamins

These gummies are easier to take than standard supplements. They don't have a strange taste and overall I am pleased with them. I also like that these gummies combine vitamins D3 and K2 for better absorption. I won't know until the longer term if they are just as effective, but I am happy for now.

I’ve tried several brands of this type of supplement and so far this one is the best! I prefer gummy vitamins to swallowing tablets or capsules. This one has great taste, I really like the mixed berry flavor, and it feels like a little treat that’s actually good for me.

I take a lot of pills and am not great at swallowing them so if I can find a gummy I buy them. I like that these are dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, peanuts, and tree nut free and they taste good. Vitamin K is added so that the D absorbs better so I am happy with them

I have been using this brand of Vit D over a year and my kids take it too with no fuss. Not many gummies are made with wholesome things but these are kosher. They are sweet but not overpowering with a nice flavor. They are 1000 mg doses so you can customize how much you need - for me, depending on my stress level.
