Chateau Hand Soap Citrus and Verbena - 16 fl oz

Scent is great. We love the honey & lavender one too. No dry skin after using it. Presentation is super classy in the glass bottle w beautiful label and decorative tassel. While more expensive, consider the ounces are more than is typical plus it’s not plastic. It doesn’t take much to make a nice lather and it lasts for months at our house even in the bathroom that gets the most traffic. All of this makes it well worth the cost.

I love everything about this line of soaps.. the soft scents, how it does not dry my hands, the bottle, the subtle or clear color. Please do not tell me this is discontinued !!

This soap is great soft Adorable look .. Looks and works .. Great little classy touch ..

I was excited to get this soap, because it was in glass and comes with a tassel. I thought it would look a little classy. But as you can see from the picture, the bottle looks like a Heinz vinegar bottle with a tassel. I do like the scent, but I would be ok if it was in a plastic bottle with the tassel at a cheaper price. I'll leave it up to the buyer if you want to buy it or not as far as the recommendation is concerned.

Washing my hands, thoroughly, several times a day. Foams nicely, rinses well so no drying effects, and wonderful fresh citrus fragrance. Pretty bottle and tassel. Wash your hands, don't touch your face!

I loved the look of this hand soap, so I decided to give it a shot. The fragrance is fine and doesn’t have lasting power (which I think is a good thing). I also had the same problem opening the pump; I was afraid I was going to end up breaking it. The trick is to grip the ring at the base of the stem while turning the pump nozzle. Spending this much on hand soap should not be rewarded with a challenging or broken item.

Really like this soap! It smells good but subtle and not too overwhelming or too "sweet" like many other common hand soaps. The bottle is beautiful enough to make any bathroom feel a little bit fancy. I will say...the pump was EXTREMELY hard to open. I thought I had maybe gotten 2 defective bottles, but I realized the little round piece that goes around the pump (not the main screw top part) was spinning around. What you have to do is hold that little piece in place with strong fingers or a pair of pliers and then you can finally twist the pump part open. I feel like most people won't bother (and I don't blame them) and some newly moved out humans may not even own a pair of pliers yet, so I hope it's something that this company will fix soon. I'd definitely purchase it again though, now that I figured out the "trick" to open it!
