Cheerble Indoor 3 Mode Self Propelling Interactive Kitten Cat Toy Ball for Boredom and Mental Simulation, 3 inch Diameter, Green

My youngest cat in particular loves balls, he has such a good time running around chasing them. So, when I saw this self propelling ball, I wanted to get it for him. I will say he doesn’t play with it like I expected him to. He’s not as keen on it while it is rolling around our home. We have carpet, and hardwood floors, and it rolls great on either one. I decided to put the ball in a round activity mat for him, and he prefers to play with it that way. It keeps him entertained for a little bit. However, I don’t think the battery is all that impressive and I wish it lasted longer. I do think he likes his other balls better that he just bats around on his own. I think it is one of those toys you need to try to see if your cat is into it or not.

I really had high expectations for this product. It scares my cat at times with it rattling underneath my couch or jolting really quickly. It doesn’t move as much as expected. The toy doesn’t actually hold my cat’s attention, but he does look at it when it moves around. I was expecting it to be larger so that it did not go underneath my furniture. I would love for it to be active for a certain period of time constantly rolling instead of stopping periodically. It does have a nice battery life! The concept is really nice but needs improvement

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful toy. It is sturdy, has three different settings to stimulate your feline friend. It doesn't go very well on carpet though. My cat did play with it some, but we have carpet through our house so I don't think she got the whole effect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would pass on this one. It’s a great concept but it’s incredibly loud and scary on hard floors and it doesn’t spin as well on carpet. My dog could have cared less. My cat was more interested in it but it didn’t move enough and in as many directions to even keep the cats attention.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cat toy is Fun for my cat. She chases it around the house. It's the perfect size for her. The Charge lasts quite along time. I don't like the fact it has a hard time moving when it's on carpeting. Recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to admit, I've never seen an automatic self-propelling cat toy till now. We have 4 cats, and they all gave different responses to it... Our more active ones (Bengal and Tabby) enjoyed the faster movement while our girls liked the slower movements. It doesn't work very well on carpet but luckily most of our floors are wood/linoleum. I definitely suggest giving this a try... It's a whole different toy for cats! I love it!

It’s awesome because you don’t have to worry about hair or whiskers getting stuck or cut! My cat loves it, she will go back to and activate it herself to start playing again. It’s so funny to see her reactions when it starts moving around.

I thought it would be a great way to get our timid dog to engage and play, but it was the opposite. She was afraid of it and showed no interest in it. Although the ball is very durable and has 3 different settings for movement, I personally found the ball to be too hard. I think had it been more "rubbery" instead of hard plastic she may have actually wanted to play with it. Worked well and as described, just not a good fit for our dog.

I have two cats, a senior and a young adult, who like to play. I thought they might like a ball to play with. I got this one because it is self-propelled so I thought it would keep them entertained. Unfortunately, my cats were not having any of it. One of them ran away in fear and the other ignored it. As far as the ball itself, I really like that you plug it in to charge (vs. battery operated). Other than that, I wasn’t really impressed. I found there to be way too many instructions on how to use it. I didn’t feel it was very user-friendly and it loses a charge quickly.

I would say this is his favorite toy by far. I have bought two more and have also given some as gifts, highly recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this ball for my puppy. I figured he'd be scared of it at first but then think it was fun. It terrified my older dog. And my puppy was quite scared of it but then once he got used to it, he didn't really find it that fun. he avoided this ball and still preferred his other toys. So I gave the ball to my brother's dog, who absolutely loved it for 20 minutes. And then got bored of it and kept going back to manual toys. Honestly think most dogs wouldn't be too into this.

After I located the charging cord in the packaging, it charged up in approximately an hour. I like that the outer exterior can be easily wiped clean and seems very durable. This ball was a bit larger than the balls usually preferred by this dog. Inside the core, I turned the power on, which started the play cycles. It cycles through green which is gentle, to blue which is normal, to pink which is active. The ball was set on shag carpeting, which really was a good way to introduce it to the dog because the height of the carpeting lessened the movement. In the gentle setting, it barely moved at all. In the normal setting it would move a little bit. During those two settings, the small dog was most interested in sniffing and investigating it. During the most active setting, the dog was more weary of it. The motion was still well under control and although the ball jumped a little, it did not travel far across the carpeting.

Now they look forward to playing with it and it gets both cats together for some fun. I like that it gives my cats exercise instead of laying around looking pretty! When it changes into its different functions, it keeps my cats anticipating what will come next.

Our dog is a small breed and didn’t really pay attention to much. Bur my daughters large dog had a great time with it. We would recommend this dog toy ball to friends and family with larger breeds of dogs.
