The flavor is a nice balance of sweet and natural — the strawberry taste is noticeable without being overly artificial or sugary. It still has that familiar classic Cheerios crunch, but with an added boost of protein that makes it feel more satisfying and filling compared to regular cereals. One thing I really liked is that it’s not too heavy. Some high-protein cereals can taste dense or chalky, but this one stays light and crispy. It works great with milk or even dry as a snack. Plus, it’s a good option for those mornings when you want something quick but also a little more nutritious. If I had to nitpick, I would say the strawberry flavor could be a bit stronger for those who really love fruity cereals. Still, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a healthy, protein-packed breakfast that doesn’t taste like a protein bar.

The strawberry flavor was difficult to find in my area, not sure if it’s because is still new in the market. I think the protein version helped me to feel fuller (compared to the regular version of Cheerios). As for the strawberry flavor, I think it was ok, but not my favorite flavor of Cheerios, as it felt a little bit more on the sweeter side rather than light sweetness. I think the flavor of strawberry would be enhanced if there were pieces of dried freeze strawberry (just a personal preference for texture), so when added with milk, it would not taste like a strawberry milk. For people who enjoy strawberry milk, this version of Cheerios would be a great addition to breakfast.

This is a great option to get a little more protein in and gives you some sweetness. These are crunchy. I tried these with milk and without and I actually prefer to throw them in a bag and eat them dry as a snack!

Packaging is decent. The only problem is that it has 12g of sugar. Overall it is an OK cereal to add some nutritional value.
