Start by putting whatever side you like In the base & liquid season your bird (Cook's Choice chicken Rub) place a whole chicken on it & place it on the grill or in the oven at 250 to 400°. steam is created as the contents inside the fat Boy heats up. The steam rises carrying with It the flavor of your side & saturating every oz of the chicken from the inside out. The steam keeps the inside of the chicken moist while the surrounding heat creates a nice texture on the outside of the chicken. When the chicken is fully cooked internally at 165° you remove it from the steamer and pour out your side dish & Your ready to eat.
