For years it WAS a 5 star ,but my new shampoo bottle left a residue that can't explain. I washed my hair 4 times and they became worst .Just came out the hair salon ,the sensation is still there

I have been using this shampoo for a while now and it's nice, but it makes my hair and scalp more dry. For years I have been using Farouk Chi Royal Treatment volume shampoo. It was the only shampoo that I could use that didn't make my scalp dry and itchy. I loved it but I can't find it anymore. Is there a replacement for that one? I have had been using it for more that ten years. It was perfect. I am wondering which one I can use now that doesn't dry my hair and scalp without making it oily.

I was surprised with all the great reviews, how disappointed I was in this shampoo. It needs to be excessively rinsed from scalp or it leaves a greasy feeling. My hair doesn't stay fresh all day after washing with it, like other shampoos I use. Usually I can go 2 days without that feeling. I would return it if I could.

My hairdresser started me on Chi...I do like it as it does not cause my hair to be sticky as some hair sprays do. It is somewhat expensive, so I try to conserve when using it.

I've used this hair spray for the past 5 years+ now. And, when I've run out bought a lesser brand/quality and there's just nothing that can compare. The hold is the best, and I love that you can still work with your hair after you've sprayed it. Great styling aide that's well worth the price. Highly recommend.

Repeat buyer here, this is honestly the best shampoo I've ever used. Usually a picky shampoo buyer and have gone through many brands over the years. This shampoo leaves my hair smooth, shiny, and super moisturized. I've also noticed that my hair falls out less and has no frizz ever since I started using it a few months ago. The bonus - the smell! It smells amazing. I've actually gotten compliments on my hair - how it looks healthy and smells really nice.
