Summary of reviews
This high chair offers a compact design and easy folding feature, making it suitable for small spaces. Guests appreciate its removable tray for easy cleaning and the adjustable backrest. However, many express concerns about the tray height, which can be too high for younger children, and the difficulty in cleaning due to numerous crevices. Overall, it has potential but may not meet all expectations for functionality and ease of use.

I got this high chair as a shower gift. I wish all their high chairs were made of this material as it’s very easy to wipe clean. However, this high chair either defective or poorly designed. I have to put a towel behind my babies back so he sits upright while eating. If I don’t, he just wants to lounge back in the chair back as it’s not at an upright 90 position. It doesn’t adjust any more upright. It just doesn’t work for us and now I need to find a better solution and high chairs are not cheap.

This highchair was nothing but a waste of money. My child is very average size and the tray comes up to his shoulders! He can’t reach anything on the tray and even on the closest setting, it’s incredibly far away from him. We’ve tried other chairs at families house and he sits very normal in them. We’re now having to buy another highchair. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

This height chair is awesome! It is very compact- the legs fold together and the seat slides down to make it extremely small for storage. The food tray also hooks on the back of the high chair so you can move the entire light-weight unit it with one hand. Once set up, it is sturdy and can be easily moved with the wheels. I find the Polly High Chair to be very easy to clean- the clear tray cover is removable and can be rinsed off in the sink. The "fabric" reminds me of a leather material- very easy to wipe down. If there is a big mess- the fabric is easily removed for deep cleaning. The chair is very adaptable to growing children. You can raise and lower the shoulder straps, adjust the foot rest, and change the tray position. This high chair can be adjusted in many ways to make your child comfortable! It is great! The Polly is a breeze to put together! My husband assembled this in 10 minutes- no tools required! If you are in need of a high chair- I highly recommend the Chicco Polly!

We love this high chair! When searching for high chairs, I wanted something that was simple yet easy to clean. I didn’t want anything with fabric. All I have to do is wipe this one down and it’s clean again! Very convenient.

It's easy to use and functional. It's also compact, when we're done using it, we are able to fold up and place in the corner.

I got this as a baby shower gift after doing a lot of research on what highchair I thought would fit our needs the best without being super expensive. I like that the tray has a removable clear cover for easy washing and that it folds but was really disappointed in just about everything else. There are so many crevices on the seat cushion - so while it’s easily wipeable and water resistant, food chunks get stuck all in the seat. The tray is SO high. My baby couldn’t even get her hands up high enough to eat and touch her food at 6 months. The straps for her shoulders were huge and wouldn’t tighten enough on any setting to securely hold her either. I had high hopes but was really disappointed by this.

Do not under any circumstances get this highchair. I got it because of the compact folding design. Not worth it. The back doesn’t ever sit straight up, so your kid is always kind of reclined, which is one reason that it is difficult for kids to reach the food. The second reason is that the tray is awkwardly high up, making it very difficult for kids to reach. Other high chairs have the tray around waste level. This one has it right at the chest, and even as kids got older it did not improve.

I have many Chicco products I love but this one is AWFUL. Tray height is not adjustable. Tray holds water when cleaned and leaks everywhere, likely mold growing inside. Chair is VERY difficult and time consuming to clean. MANY cracks and crevices for food to get stuck. Chair cover is not machine washable and starts to smell almost instantly. Babies learning to eat are messy which makes this product not user friendly. Chicco needs to take another look at this product! It needs work

Horrible high chair. Very disappointed in the brand for such a terrible design. My toddler will it eat it in. The chair leans back and does not allow the child to sit up straight as one would while eating. The tray seems to sit higher so she has a hard time reaching her food. This chair would be so much better if it was focused more on allowing the child to sit in a normal upright position eating instead of allowing the features to lean back.

Too many cracks and crevices make it difficult to clean. Tray does not seem secure when it’s placed further from seat. It easily flips off when pressed on. Even on the highest setting, the seat is too reclined for eating. My baby is always leaned back. The only pros is that it looks nice and I like the removable tray liner for cleaning. Overall wish I had bought a different chair.

My 9 month old has used this high chair for 4 months now and at first I loved it. I love how you could fold it away flat against the wall and get it out when we need it but as she's gotten bigger I don't like it anymore. She's too reclined to sit and eat well. She's always having trouble sitting correctly to eat. She's not even eating solids yet so I imagine it would only get worse. The tray is nice and big and it's nice it can be use at the table too but I have to put her down to even get it out to unfold it for her to sit in it. The straps are too big and all she wanted to do was chew on them so I just took the shoulder straps off. I ordered another high chair that sits straight and doesn't recline so I no longer have this issue. Just be hesitant because ordering this.

High chair woes - 1 year ago
Been using this high chair for about 2 years now….and it is the bane of my existence. It’s clunky and not very easy to store as advertised. IT IS A PAIN TO CLEAN. Crumbs fall through the seat cushion, so you have to remove that to vacuum. Then there are crumbs in every crevice and corner and cranny (this high chair could win an award for number of nooks and crannies conveniently located for food to get stuck in). When I try to pawn this off, I will have to pressure wash it to get all the food that’s stuck in crevices out. You also need to deep the clean the cover when heavily soiled (happens very often in the early days of solids) which gets very disgusting, but you can really only spot clean it. Straps are a nightmare to clean as well - good luck getting the crotch buckle out and better luck getting it clean. This thing takes up a LOT of space when fully assembled. I do like that the tray is so big and removable, but that is probably all I like. For the longest time I felt like my daughter could barely reach her food. It’s also SO reclined to in addition to the tray being high, children are positioned so far back. Imagine yourself trying to eat at a chest-level table while reclined at a 20 degree angle. Yeah no. I wish I had done more research before I registered for this thing three years ago, but here I am. Hopefully I can save someone else from the same fate with this review…. Don’t get it. I promise you, the $200+ chairs are worth it. I’m looking at getting a Mockingbird high chair, but I also love the Abiie ones. I seriously don’t know how this made it on the market.

Straps are a PAIN to buckle baby in and doesn’t sit baby up straight enough. Like other reviews it’s hard to roll. It’s not as easy to convert the tray and fold as it looks in the advertisement.

We got this as a baby shower gift this summer and just started using it as our son is now 4 months old. We absolutely love it. I love that I can lean the seat back since he can’t fully support his core yet but it gives him a chance to still sit up and see what’s around him. The trey is nice and large so I’m able to put several toys on it for him to reach for and play with since he doesn’t eat yet. He’s spit up a couple of times and it wipes up really easily. I love how easy it folds up and it stored nicely in our small kitchen. I highly recommend this high chair to anyone who is lacking in space but needs a chair for their little one as they grow!

This highchair looks so nice, BUT is very flimsy and cheap feeling. The tray wiggles, the wheels hardly roll without a child sitting in it, and for what it costs I expected it to be sturdy. In my opinion it is too expensive to feel so cheaply made!
