Q: How do you remove the piece that sticks down from the bottom of the tray and prevents you from pushing the tray back toward the child because that piece hits the child's crotch? Thanks
A: Once it's been attached, the crotch bar is designed to stay attached to the tray; the crotch bar is not removable. Please refer to page 7 in the Polly Highchair (2021) manual for more information https://www.chiccousa.com/chicco-product-manuals/product-manuals.html.

Q: Is part of the feeding tray removeable? Does it have a removeable insert that can be removed when the child is done eating without removing the entire tray?
