They were kind of chewy even though I cooked them thoroughly and there were so many tendons and chewy strings on it that I lost my appetite. There were so many veins

Blech! This was stringy, bloody, vein filled tough chicken. Sunday night dinner ruined - drumstick lovers refused to eat them. Waste of food. How do I return already cooked poor quality chicken?
