Intended for kids ages 2 to 11 years, Children's Tylenol Chewable Tablets with acetaminophen provide temporary relief from a range of kids' cold and flu symptoms, including minor aches and pains, headache and sore throat. Each chewable tablet contains 160 milligrams of the pain reliever and fever reducer acetaminophen to temporarily reduce fever and help relieve minor aches and pains due to the common cold, flu, sore throat, headache, and toothache. This children's cold & flu symptom medicine also comes in a kid-friendly grape flavor and is both ibuprofen-free and aspirin-free and is gentle on the tummy. They are just what I need when I don't want to deal with a spoon or cup for their syrup. No more mess! My daughter isn't a fan of bubblegum, but my son likes the flavor and neither mind the chalky texture. Even better when we are on the go. I always have a bottle in the bathroom cupboard and in my purse. The bottle is great, it's impossible for my kids to get in. The value was an excellent price of 24 chewables. For pain, the chewables work just as fast as the liquid but way less trouble without the pouring and stickiness. Definitely recommend for travel or at home to avoid the messy liquid.

This is bubblegum flavored have been a lifesaver in providing pain and fever relief to my little ones. The delicious pink color and sweet taste make it much easier to get them to swallow their medicine, a huge plus for parents. Although I adore how well they work and the cost savings in the quantity for what you pay, I wish the product wasn't formulated with artificial dyes. Other than that, the convenience and how well they work make them worth the money, especially when dealing with stubborn little ones."

Why are you putting dyes in child’s medications?? It’s suppose to be for helping them and dyes are known to cause issues in a child’s body. Do better Tylenol and care about what’s in your product.

Children’s TYLENOL® Chewables perform reasonably well in providing temporary relief from minor aches and pains. The bubble gum and grape flavors are appreciated, helping my child take medicine more easily. However, my child has experienced slight stomach discomfort, contrary to the claim of being gentle on the stomach. Still, it gets the job done most of the time. 3/5.

These are by far the easiest way to get medicine into my child. He loves the fact that it's not a liquid that tastes gross all the way down but a nice gum flavored chewable. Medicine seemed to work as expected.
